Aquaticon Vendor Booth Registration

All booths must be reserved and paid for by 4/14/2022. All booth reservations are NON REFUNDABLE.

Vendor setup 12-8pm friday, 7-9 Saturday 

Included:

• Table 8’
• Two chairs
• 10’ black backdrop and side rails 
• Wifi (NOT for streaming | point of sale use only)
• Power Included
• Booths 55-79 are low light

 Optional

• Freshwater (ro/di) sales $0.50 cents per gal (must be ordered minimum 14 days in advance)
• Saltwater sales $1 per gal (must be ordered minimum of 14 days in advance)

*We reserve the right to upgrade your booth space when registration closes (your final booth location will be in both print and electronic maps).

**We reserve the right to determine final participation and cancel the reservation if the board deems necessary.

 

***BOOTH Sharing of ANY kind is NOT allowed. If caught booth sharing on day of show you risk being excused from the show without refund.
