As a small business, your satisfaction is important to us. While we cannot process returns, we will always do our best to make things right if you encounter any issues with your purchase. Please double-check your selections before completing your purchase in-store or online. See below for product specific exchange information and requirements.

Fish & Amphibian - Happy Home Warranty

Our Happy Home warranty guarantees all fish and amphibians for three (3) days after purchase, provided the provisions below are met:

Original receipt or packing slip must be provided at time of exchange.
Fish/Amphibians must be returned to store intact, with no visible damage. Compatibility issues are not covered by warranty.
A SEPARATE water sample must be provided and meet in-store posted water quality requirements.

Please Note: Placing fish in an uncycled aquarium shall void any warranty. Warranty applies to original purchase only and is a one-time exchange. Subject to manager approval.

Invertebrate, Coral, Snail, Tissue Culture, & Live Plant

We strive to provide you with the healthiest and happiest aquatic life. Please ensure the well-being of your new invertebrates, corals, snails, tissue cultures, and live plants, prior to leaving the store. Once these items leave our store, all sales are final, and we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Dry Goods, Frozen Food, & General Merchandise

Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are here to answer any questions you may have, helping to ensure you make the right purchase the first time. However, we understand that there are scenarios where a product may be defective or simply not live up to your expectations. All dry goods, frozen foods, and other general merchandise may be exchanged for store credit within seven (7) days after purchase, provided the provisions below are met:

Original receipt or packing slip must be provided at time of exchange.
Packaging must be dry, unopened, and in like-new condition.
No obvious signs of damage to merchandise
Subject to manager approval

Please Note: Defective products may be covered by manufacturer warranty and/or the manufacturer directly.

Third-Party Shipping

If your product was damaged during shipping, please reach out, within seven (7) days of delivery, to info@AquaticMarine.net. Upon review, we will send you a prepaid return label and replace the item, at no additional cost to you.

This refund and exchange policy is subject to change at any time, without notice. Store manager and/or staff have final decision-making ability and may override this policy on an as needed basis.
